Documents Required for Vendor Registration
To initiate the leasing process, vendors are requested to carry the following documents:
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
- Valid Insurance Certificate
- Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
- Driver's License (if driver is provided)
- Aadhaar Card / Identity Proof
- PAN Card
- Bank Account Details for payment processing
Additional documents may be requested depending on operational requirements or regulatory compliance.
- Payments are processed on a monthly billing cycle.
- Vendors are required to submit the necessary operational documents and invoices as per the agreed format.
- Once verified, payments are released according to the agreed schedule mentioned in the vendor agreement.
